The Ukrainian Journal of European Studies is the first academic periodical of interdisciplinary nature in Ukraine. It focuses on contemporary developments in research in area of European Studies in Ukraine and beyond, it also aims at studying modern tendencies and actual problems that arise against a background of the European Union - Ukraine relations.

The Ukrainian Journal of European Studies was established due to support of the Jean Monnet Programme funded by the European Commission. .

The Journal’s mission is to spread worldwide best academic articles in field of European Studies in Ukraine and beyond. The aim of the “Ukrainian Journal of European Studies”’ is to give a floor to high quality academic research in field of EU law, Council of Europe law, interdisciplinary aspects of European integration with reference to Ukraine and other countries. “The Ukrainian Journal of European Studies” is the first academic periodical of interdisciplinary nature in Ukraine.
Target readers of the “Ukrainian Journal of European Studies” are academics, European Studies experts, lawyers, civil servants academics and students.
Contributions are published in one of the working languages of the Journal: Ukrainian, Russian, French, English or German. Materials are to be supported with the author’s summary (synopsis) in English. The Journal is issued no less than two times a year.
